Hey there! This poem is a little shout-out to my colleagues who are starting a new chapter in their teaching journey. While they might not be with the same group of folks they’ve become really comfortable with, I hope they’ll be excited for the new opportunities and experiences ahead. And if you’re starting a new job or moving into a new role, too, I wish you all the best. May you find a new group of people who will be your support system, your Tribe, who will be there to cheer you on and have your back!

May the LORD grant you your heart’s desire and fulfill all your plans.” Psalm 20:4
