The blueprint for the cities of tomorrow is being drafted by our daily choices today. Today, our everyday actions sculpt the map of the cities we’ll inhabit in the future. Will we leave a green space for our children to play in? Will our fuel be sustainable and safe? Will the air we breathe be healthy? Will our food be free of toxic additives? Will our taxes and benefits improve? Will we be happy with the return on our investments? More than that, will our education prepare the younger generations to thrive in an ethical, sustainable way? Will our city be welcoming to all?

The amount of green space, air quality, the security of our fuel sources, the richness of our harvest, the integrity of our food, taxes, insurance, retirement benefits, and our overall quality of life are all in our hands. Investing in the health of our planet, our communities, and ourselves, will lay the groundwork for a future city that fosters growth, harmony, and vitality for all. Let’s ask ourselves: Will we prioritize sustainability over short-term gains? Will we protect our natural resources for generations to come?

After that, we can most likely sketch a design of the city in the future.
