I’ve been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to casually chat with various individuals, allowing me to delve into their personal experiences and gain insight into their unique perspectives. The encounters with these intriguing individuals have been the catalyst for me to feature their stories under the “Life Stories/Personal Narratives” category on my blog, where I share the captivating anecdotes I’ve gathered through our conversations.
There isn’t a set of predetermined questions that I adhere to during these conversations. Rather, I allow the discussions to flow naturally, guided by the environment and our exchanges.
The most rewarding aspect of this endeavor is the unbridled joy that it brings to the people I feature. From the very first time I published a story about a person from the same village, I witnessed firsthand the profound happiness it brought them. In our small community, writers are a rarity, with vlogging being the more popular form of expression. Consequently, being featured on a blog is a novel and exciting experience for the people I interview, and their delight is infectious.
The smiles and elation of the people whose stories I tell have become my guiding light, encouraging me to continue on this journey of documenting the lives of those around me. These experiences have proven to be an incredibly gratifying reminder that even the smallest of gestures can have a profound impact on the lives of others, and that, in turn, brings a great sense of fulfillment and purpose to my own life.
