In the beginning of time,
I loved sweet delights,
and frozen treats for my sight
dancing gummies in my mouth
colorful array of liquids I’ll sip,
a carbonated parade in my grip
totally bottomless, a sugar trip
But time has spoken
Such elements compromise my health
So, I have listened to time,
a healthier lifestyle I pursue
coffee’s no longer a constant brew
fruits I choose carefully
less sweets and more tea
warm water’s my new bo
protein’s my go-to
