I have tried some arts like drawing & painting, a little bit about cooking and few physical activities. I have enjoyed them, but not a big deal for me.

When I was in high school, I did not make it to the Reserve Officer Training Corps because of my height 😅😂 and lack of certifications. Eventually when I started working, we were required to take part of scouting and leadership trainings. Participating in scouting programs has greatly enhanced my ability to work effectively and efficiently. The positive impact of these experiences cannot be overstated, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of such a valuable learning experience. In light of the valuable lessons and experiences I gained through my involvement in scouting programs, I believe that serving in the military would be an incredibly rewarding opportunity.

While military service is not mandatory in my country,  being part of it is a poignantly venerated act of patriotism.

This act of sacrificial love can create a legacy that can last beyond one’s lifetime. While military service is not for the faint of heart, it has the capacity to transform lives in profound and enduring ways. Regardless of age, gender, religion, race, or economic status, the lessons and experiences gained through service in the armed forces are timeless and invaluable. The camaraderie, discipline, and sense of purpose that one gains from serving in the military can leave a lasting impression on a person’s character and worldview, shaping them into more confident and capable individuals.

The last verse of our national anthem reads:

“Aming ligaya na pag may mang-aapi, ang mamatay ng dahil sa iyo.”
(But it is glory ever when thou art wronged, for us thy sons to suffer and die)

Righteousness exalts a nation…” Proverbs 13:34
