Let’s start with fried chicken!
When I was a child, I love eating fried chicken, so I thought about KFC. Colonel Harland David Sanders founded KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken). He is the first person I think of as a symbol of success. He is a legend in the fast food world for achieving business success in an unlikely age. I find his story captivating. I believe each person achieves success in their own time. This happens as long as they keep doing their best. Yet the view of women’s success in my home country is far more complicated than this.

In my home country, a woman’s success often includes participating in a beauty pageant. From what I usually notice, it also involves becoming a celebrity or a social media influencer. It may also include marrying a rich senior foreigner. Others strike it rich through DIY approaches. For these reasons, the next generations develop FOMO, so they as well follow the same path. I point this out without any intention to judge and I respect their own reasons. While these ways may have practical implications, it is not the ultimate definition of success for me.
Everyone does so in their own way. Success is unique to everyone and unfolds at different times. Each person’s journey is valid, and we all have our seasons of achievement.
✨ Greater things are yet to come, better things are yet to be done for you. 🙏🏻
