I’m navigating WordPress with daily prompts
I’ve been around for a while here, but not years. Since then I have spent time and enthusiasm learning the ropes of WP. The discovery of complying to daily prompts made me feel “I’m gonna get there with this!”. However, I have noticed similar questions, just a little bit rephrased. I thought it was meant for structure drill or writing practice.
As a beginner, I look back at my earlier posts and do some assessments on them. I try to change them to look better, even when they are not as recent. That’s when I realized some daily prompts sound similar. I decided to edit my earlier posts. I just add recent daily prompt tags instead of making another post that would have the same message. (See tags in the posts below). And it so, the same posts appear more than once in other pages.
On the other hand, I also feel that such practice diminishes the authenticity of the post when it was first published. I skipped today’s daily prompt and took time to read recent discussions on this. I must say, I now share the same sentiment.
I love answering versatile daily prompts. They give me some sort of brain exercise. However, I get bored when they become mundane.
