My Body Movement
Poem by Zerayn
Breathe, as though you own the universe,
stretch, as though your limbs are rubber,
jump, as though the ground is undulating,
leap, as though you’re walking on broken islets,
skip, as though you’re dancing on piano tiles,
bend, as though you are the horizon
curl, as though you’re a startled echidna,
slowly lay flat on the ground unbothered,
feel your heart pump the liquid of life,
let it circulate, get up and do more!
