Lesson from the turtle’s traits

The turtle won the race against the proud hare. We all know that, right?

Turtles did not appeal to me initially, however overtime, experiences and several encounters with people made me appreciate them.

In the context of conflict-resolution, there are certain circumstances that require you to slow down. Slowing down does not mean our resolution is inefficient. That period is an intentional process for reflection and self-evaluation. After such time, you can asure oneself that you have been thorough in resolving conflict.

It’s good to take time just like how turtles move slow. It constricts impulsivity and allows detailed analysis.
