How often do you say “no” to things that would interfere with your goals?
“No” with radical candor
I learned to say “no” after several times I have experienced people taking advantage of others’ kindness, graciousness, and amiability.
Saying “no” is better than saying “yes”, but you murmur against the person from behind and bake tattletales savory enough to spread around.
After all, each of us have our own goals. We do not share the same vision so that it is wise to strike balance in helping others and pushing yourself forward.
