What’s the most fun way to exercise?

Feasible exercise

Take a deep breath, and meditate.

Then, find humor. Laugh it all out! Tumbling, stretching and giggling. It makes it look easy and light.

Chuckle when you lost count in push ups. Smirk when you’re losing your strength to crunches. Smile with every set.

A happy heart beats well. Laughter is its best medicine.
