This is a line of a pop song by Doechii called “Anxiety”.

I would like to talk to someone who can advise ways to stay emotionally grounded when anxiety comes around. It’s not easy feeling the discomfort of panic attack. Symptoms like cramps, hyperventilation and butterflies in the stomach are always a struggle. When you do not know ways to calm down, you end up hurting yourself.

Awareness and a thorough understanding of people experiencing anxiety is a great emotional skill. It also builds up your emotional intelligence in dealing with people dynamics.
