I prefer walking or jogging for an hour in a day. Sometimes when we do, we have some special encounters. These are aside from the goal of becoming fit.

During a morning jog in the city park, my curiosity hit me as I looked at the crowd. Among the senior citizens, families with pets, and vegetable vendors, one stood out. It was a vendor with only a few bundles of pumpkin shoots and vegetable vines. I chose to buy from her. I bought two bundles of pumpkin tops for only $1.5. When I paid, I gave her extra $1, a small tip, because I think the price is too cheap. It brought her a big, bright smile warming my heart.

The next day, I jogged to her spot again. Unfortunately, she was not there.

An important lesson I’ve learned is that when you have an opportunity to be kind, seize it. You never know when that chance will come again, so don’t hold back. A small act of kindness can greatly impact someone else’s day. The feeling of bringing joy to another person is truly priceless. ♥♥♥
