A Poem to Embracing Reality in the Absence of Computer
With eyes wide open, I witness a sight so real,
My senses feel the world, its essence so surreal.
A whiff of good and bad air, sensation without glamour,
I touch what I see, for all my senses are my lure.
Inhale, exhale, the nature’s fragrant delight,
The textures I feel, in the dark or light.
Soft, rough, each have a story to tell,
Colors abound, in the world, so swell
These images I see, with my eyes so keen.

With creatures great and small,
Animals don’t lie, that’s the call.
Insects, in swarms, annoy and bother,
Dry leaves fall, and they flutter.
Animated beings are free to roam,
Controlled not by the human hand at home.
Alive, moving, these creatures live,
In their world, we watch and perceive.
Lying not, in their kingdom they dwell,
A truthful existence, without a lie to tell.

Life is raw, it’s real, and it’s here,
No computer to augment it, no pretense of a seer.
Naked in its truth, life is in the air,
A natural beauty, without a single care.
You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. John 8:32
