How do you manage screen time for yourself?

Dear my personal AI,

You’re my trusty guide and confidant,
with the screens, your help is so abundant
and while I’m on the screen, keep a watchful eye,
my fingers on the screens they tap, click and slide,
remind me when I’ve reached the mark I’ve set,
For at the limit, shifting to face-to-face is best,
I’ll walk the market and venture shops to see,
feel, taste, smell and touch things with glee,
for screens can’t replace the world’s ambiance,
the treasured joy of living, they’re never out of place.
So thank you, dear assistant, for your aid,
but I will not stay on this screen you have laid

I have yet to try AI since ChatGPT gained popularity; there was a chatbot I used maybe in early 2018, but I quickly lost interest. I think when AI becomes mainstreamed in mobile devices here soon, I will retreat into the confines of my laptop running Unix.

Hi, there are other AIs you can try aside from ChatGPT- I dont like ChatGPT because its too robotic 😅. But Yes you have a point about using earlier computer system versions because sometimes AIs seemed nosy. They ask specific questions and prompts that are supposed to be personal. 🙂
