Preface
I am creating this series to share my insights and reflections on the importance of maintaining emotional and spiritual well-being.
I would like to share the idea of its background. Let me start by talking about circle of friends and acquaintances. Well, we all have friends. Whether they’re numerous or just a few. They could be old acquaintances or recent connections. Or they might be casual companions, or those with whom we share a deep bond. Imagine this scenario: you’ve been close friends with someone for a long time, always supporting each other through various challenges. However, as time went by, you’ve observed a shift in their behavior. So that, their pattern of behavior becomes unrecognizable leading to your antagonism.
This experience creates emotional imbalance by triggering feelings of neglect and exclusion. Despite efforts to connect, the lack of communication and consideration is evident. This is now leading to confusion, disappointment, and a sense of insignificance. It disrupts emotional stability, leaving one to question their place in the friendship.
This journal shows how I learned from this experience. It allowed me to be humbled. I worked through my emotions, accepted the situation, healed, and ultimately moved forward.
