Do not let your anger consume you as the impulsive violent expression of it, may cost you a lingering regret.
I once acted on my anger. That single outburst of anger and made me utter words that left a young person scarred for life. Even though time has passed, those hurtful words still sting. The event seems forgotten, yet it breaks the person’s heart every time they are remembered. The damage done can never be fully undone, and it’s a powerful reminder of how careful we should be with our anger.
Do not let anger control your actions. Take a deep breath. Find ways to channel that anger into positive change. Find ways to regulate your anger. Learn the wisdom of cooling off. To channel anger in a positive change, harness the energy from your anger and redirect it towards constructive actions, such as identifying solutions, setting boundaries, or engaging in self-improvement activities. β₯β₯
