I have the right to get mad!

There is no way we could find gratitude in our heart in the presence of anger.
You read the holy scriptures and find stories that tells even God got mad!

It is essential to practice de-escalation techniques when dealing with anger. Begin by identifying the root cause of your frustration, then explore alternative methods of expressing it. Then, make a conscious effort to shift your focus from negative thoughts and experiences to positive aspects of your life and environment.

To counter anger, practice gratitude. Remind yourself of your accomplishments, small victories, and little everyday blessings such as the drizzles in mid-summer. Reflect on the positive aspects of your relationship with the person you are angry with. This can help reduce anger and promote healing by replacing negative thoughts with positive ones. Remember, there were good experiences before this anger took hold. Be thankful for them. πŸ’™πŸ’™
